Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
- The service must not have been fully completed, delivered, or used in a way that makes it non-refundable (e.g., custom domains purchased on your behalf or completed website builds).
- Only services purchased directly through ExploreMyPC are eligible. Third-party products or services are not covered under this return policy.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@exploremypc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Completed custom websites or designs.
- Domains, hosting, or third-party services already registered or purchased.
- Services rendered more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
