At ExploreMyPC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible purchases.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  • The service must not have been fully completed, delivered, or used in a way that makes it non-refundable (e.g., custom domains purchased on your behalf or completed website builds).
  • Only services purchased directly through ExploreMyPC are eligible. Third-party products or services are not covered under this return policy.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@exploremypc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
  3. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Completed custom websites or designs.
  • Domains, hosting, or third-party services already registered or purchased.
  • Services rendered more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
