We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our service efficiency and ensure you receive the best possible support, we are implementing a significant update to our communication process.


Effective August 1, 2024, ExploreMyPC will no longer be accepting phone calls for support and inquiries. Instead, all communication and support requests will be handled through our streamlined Chat Support system. This change will help us manage your requests more effectively and ensure that each inquiry is addressed in a timely and organized manner with a Support Tracking System.


What This Means for You:

  1. Submitting Support Tickets: All new members and clients are now required to submit a Support Ticket through your ExploreMyPC account for any assistance or inquiries. Our dedicated team will respond to your ticket promptly, ensuring that your issue or request is handled with the utmost care.
  2. Website Manager Communication: If your ExploreMyPC Plan includes access to a Website Manager, you will be able to discuss any website updates or related queries directly with them. This personalized support will remain a valuable part of your experience, ensuring your website evolves according to your needs.
  3. Adding Features to Your Plan: If you wish to explore additional features or upgrades to your current plan, please reach out to your Account Manager. They will be available to discuss your options and assist with any modifications to your plan that you wish to make.


How to Submit a Support Ticket:
